First Aid Training Course Policies, Special Rates, and Procedures

The following rates, policies and procedures apply to all BC First Aid training courses conducted at the BC First Aid training facility in Sechelt British Columbia unless otherwise agreed at the time of course booking. All rates listed are subject to applicable taxes and subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the individual participant to ensure they are registering for the course that meets their own individual requirements and to ensure their certification is kept up to date.

No Contract Required

At BC First Aid we believe that our best prices should be open to everyone. So to take advantage of any of our special rates there is never any contract required. We want our customers coming back because that are happy with the training we provide and have developed our price match to ensure our prices are always competitive. We would never ask our customers to lock into a contract merely to access our best training and rates.

Price Match Guarantee

BC First Aid will match or beat an advertised price on the Sunshine Coast BC for a First Aid Training Course that we offer. Simply show us the Sunshine Coast BC based flier, advertisement, or web site where the price is listed and we will either match or beat that price. This offer can not be combined with any other offer. To qualify the quoted price must be a publicly available rate for a course of training offered by BC First Aid and from a Sunshine Coast BC based training institution.

Cancelation Policy

For all courses of 2 days duration or shorter, BC First Aid requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you will not be attending a scheduled course for which you are registered. If sufficient advance notice is provided BC First Aid will refund 100% of the course deposit paid. If notice is not provided 48 hours in advance no refunds will be issued but the participant will have the option to apply their deposit as a credit against a subsequent BC First Aid training course within 6 months of the date of the canceled course. If for any reason BC First Aid must reschedule a course, participants may request a full refund of any course deposit paid.
For longer courses (such as the Workplace Level 3) where materials are provided in advance; as soon the materials have been received by the student there is no refund.
Further, In all cases once course materials (text books etc) have been distributed there can be no refund.
