It is the responsibility of the individual participant to ensure they are registering for the course that meets their own individual requirements, to meet any stated prerequisites, and to ensure their certification is kept up to date.
Cancellation Policy
BC First Aid requires a minimum of 7 days notice if you will not be attending a scheduled course for which you are registered. If sufficient advance notice is provided BC First Aid will refund 100% less administration fee of the course fee paid. If notice is not provided 7 days in advance no refunds will be issued.
Participants wishing to reschedule have the option to apply their fee as a credit against a subsequent BC First Aid training course within 6 months of the date of the canceled course subject to a $20 administration fee.
Some courses have a required minimum number of participants assigned by the certifying agency (eg: Worksafe BC, Transport Canada, Canadian Red Cross etc...) If BC First Aid must reschedule a course for this or any other reason, BC First Aid will reschedule the course as soon as possible but participants will be given the option for a refund.
In any case where books and/or materials are provided in advance; as soon the materials have been received by the student there is no refund.
