BC First Aid volunteering at the 2014 BMO April Fools Run
BC First Aid is looking forward to seeing all the energetic runners, walkers, and rollers out for the 2014 April Fools Run. We'll be on the course again, looking out for the runners as usual. We have already seen a lot of people training for the run all across the coast and expect this to be another good ans safe run. For those not "in-the-know" the April Fools Run is a half marathon in it's 37th year on the Sunshine Coast of BC. It runs from Gibsons to Sechelt and is part of the Lower Mainland Road Race Series. The scenic Run & Walk covers 13.1 miles or 21.1 km offering a forested rural/road course.
BC First Aid wishes all the participants the best of luck in their run as the countdown to race day quickly approaches. If you missed the 2013 run, or took part in it - here's a recap of that fantastic day:
